Threshold Walkthrough™

Full refund up to 48 hours before your Week 0 access email.

If you choose to cancel for any reason — or if circumstances require it — a full 100% refund is available up to 48 hours before your Week 0 access email arrives.

Your Week 0 access email arrives at 8:00 AM Eastern on Day -5 (six days before your scheduled walkthrough). This is the moment the Threshold Compass™ becomes accessible and the work formally begins.

To request a refund within this window, reply to your confirmation email or write directly to support@shaunjmorris.com. The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

After the refund window closes

The work has already begun.

Once your Week 0 access email has been sent — or within 48 hours of that send time — refunds are no longer available. By that point:

• your Threshold Compass™ is accessible and the instrument has been delivered
• preparation has begun on your specific session
• your time has been reserved exclusively

If you are unable to attend at the scheduled time, you may reschedule once at no cost, provided you give at least 24 hours notice. Repeated rescheduling is at the company's discretion.

If something is not right

Reach out before assuming the worst.

This work depends on trust. If something about the walkthrough or the Business Read™ feels off, write directly. Most situations resolve with a conversation. Refund timelines exist to honor the boundaries of the work, not to create distance.
